I had care from Muzaana Care Services for approximately 6 weeks. Muzaana came to my aid at a time when I had no hope and felt vulnerable living alone. I did not know how I would have coped. Especially following a failed discharge from hospital. Since then Muzaana picked me right up from hospital and provided holistic care from day one. Then gradually got reduced from 3 calls to 1. Their approach was professional and helped maintain my dignity.

I am the main carer for my 90 year old mother, I have found it more difficult this year. Muzaana Care Services has helped with their knowledge and service and made me aware of minor issues which could soon escalate into something major. They have been very supportive

As a client's wife, and main carer, I would like to put it on record that our most fortunate switch to Muzaana Care Services has resulted in an astonishing breakthrough in my husband's behaviour and levels of care. By feeling valued and accepted, his anger has gone. He is less resistant to personal care. Laughter, music, and interaction are now on the daily agenda and my husband feels respected. A tiny observation though is that some carers have very low voices, which may not be heard by elderly clients or family members.
